Maximizer Extraction Plate

Increased defibering efficiency and maximum deflaking is used to reduce pulping time and/or improve pulping quality

Radiscreen-C™ Coarse Screen

The Maximizer is designed for all applications, currently using a patented perforation pattern for both continuous and batch pulpers. Various patterns are available that provide the same cleanliness as conventional bedplates, and stellite wear strips are used to prevent junk from wrapping the rotor.

Flow across a bedplate is not tangential or radial, so holes have typically been used because of their orientation flexibility and ease of manufacture. The perforations on the Maximizer bedplate, however, have increased defibering edges aligned to maximize the attrition of flakes across the bedplate.

Most Maximizer bedplates are designed to be flipped, and the Maximizer bedplate is supplied in a highly wear-resistant material. The material construction of the plate extends wear life significantly which reduces maintenance costs associated with more frequent change-outs.
