Kadant Solutions Launches Yankee Doctor Maintenance Kits

AUBURN, Mass., January 26, 2022 – Kadant Solutions, a division of Kadant Inc. (NYSE: KAI), launched two new Yankee doctor maintenance kits for the tissue making industry. In keeping with the quality and integrity of the Kadant Solutions Genuine Parts program, each kit includes the necessary items needed to maintain a Yankee doctoring system efficiently and effectively.

The kits are designed for the Kadant Solutions Conformatic™ creping blade holder family of products and provide the custom tools needed for Yankee doctor maintenance, including dial indicator, set up block assembly, sockets, and an AngleSet™ gauge with Bluetooth capability to connect to the Kadant AngleSet gauge mobile app. All components come in a durable hard case for easy storage.

“Using a Yankee doctor maintenance kit will help customers ensure their creping doctors are running effectively for optimum production in between service visits from their Kadant Solutions field service technician,” according to Scott Borges, product line manager for doctoring at Kadant Solutions.
