Vacuum breakers provide a simple, dependable way to relieve unwanted vacuum which may develop in a closed vessel or pipeline. In this video, we demonstrate how a vacuum breaker allows air to enter a system to replace a change in volume that occurs during the steam-to-condensate phase change.
