The patented FCFormer™ provides a unique tool for multi-ply paperboard manufacturers who want to increase productivity while improving flexibility at a low capital cost.

The Octopus™ approach system provides evenly distributed stock across the paper machine.  Dilution profiling to control consistency in the forming zone is an important option.

Kadant optimizes low and high vacuum control systems on the wet end of the paper machine to reduce energy consumption while increasing sheet dryness by using the V-1000 Vacuum Control Valves and properly sized piping.

Using years of paper machine experience, Kadant can provide wet end audits to identify areas of opportunity to improve machine performance and also provide solutions to tough papermaking problems.
