The simple filter design allows screens to be serviced quickly and efficiently. In-line filters can be provided in either a single or duplex arrangement. Multiple barrel filter systems may utilize internal or external sources of backwashing fluids in the removal of contaminants from the process.  Kadant offers two new designs in the ErGo™ and MegaFlow™ product lines. High volume Influent flows to a mill from rivers, lakes, or underground wells require primary filtration to remove sand, dirt, and other granular contaminants.  Check out the V-Force™ and the Rapidkleen™ filtration systems.

Kadant offers two strainer technologies for removal of suspended particulate. Kadant offers a family of Gravity Strainers and VA Strainers.  The type of strainer best suited for the application depends on the influent solid loading, type of contamination, and application of the strained water. Recover usable fiber from process flows and turn a liability (wastewater flows) into an asset (reclaimed fibers) with Para-Flow. The patented Petax™ Fine Filtration System provides economical filtration of process liquids to remove very fine contaminants for reuse back in your water loop.
