Dryer Management System

Dryer Performance Evaluation

Corrugator Steam Systems

The Dryer Management System® control system allows all steam system set points to be automatically and continuously adjusted to create a stable and efficient dryer section operation. A dryer performance evaluation can help get the most from a dryer section. A comprehensive report defines improvement opportunities and quantifies the benefits of operational or equipment changes. Modern corrugator steam systems are designed to match the steam joints, syphons, and other steam-handling equipment to ensure consistent, uniform heat transfer at maximum speed.

Desuperheaters

Direct Steam Injection Heaters

Thermocompressors

Desuperheaters are designed to reduce the temperature of superheated steam for optimal heat transfer and efficiency as well as reduced degradation of system components. A direct injection heater heats water and other fluids by injecting steam directly into the fluid. The direct injection heater is most appropriate where various volumes of hot liquids at precise temperatures are required. Steam jet thermocompressors are designed to boost low pressure steam by accurately mixing low pressure steam with high pressure steam.
