Electro-mechanical oscillation acts to prevent particle build-up under the doctor blade to improve doctoring performance and increase blade life.

The Pit Bull is a doctor blade extractor for safe and easy removal of the doctor blade. It’s designed to be self-adjusting and has a spring-loaded jaw for all doctor, coater, and creping blade thicknesses.

Pneumatic oscillators minimize particle build-up under the doctor blade and reduce roll scoring, increasing roll life and enhancing sheet shedding capability.

The Superglide bearing allows for removal of the top section of the housing and journal block without disturbing the position of the bottom section of the housing. The Varimatic oscillator are designed for tight spaces where traditional oscillators are tough to fit. Its smooth, continuous operation helps extend roll life and increase sheet quality. Mark II water boxes apply fluid uniformly to a sheet as it passes through the stack. Its design facilitates cleaning and bacteria control and assures no-leak operation.
