UniSet offers the performance of a DST holder with the simplicity of a rigid holder. The top plate and tube tray are comprised of composite material with characteristics similar to steel, yet maintain better cross-machine flexibility for optimum blade-to-roll fit. Additional features include:
- All of the blade retention and pivoting components are integrated within the top plate and tube tray. This design feature eliminates the potential for items to loosen, bend, twist, or fall out.
- The UniTrak T-rail mounting system is integrated into the tube tray for easy holder removal, cleaning, and upgrading.
- The glass and carbon composite materials are chemical and corrosion resistant, significantly lighter than steel, and can be cut-to-length with hand tools.
